		<description><![CDATA[Great post on authenticity and compelling content. I think you are spot on and I think many people are searching for an authentic experience with people and brands. While content is broadly either an aspect of entertainment, information and value, or social interaction, people want to be a part of something and they value the humanity in their interactions and experiences which is why a great story that the creator believes in that is shot on a cell phone and put on YouTube can resonate with people more than a flashy, high budget, high quality commercial that lacks that authenticity and belief. 

Also, if you haven’t heard of the Creative Mornings Podcast (or the website) definitely check it out; I think you’d like it, especially Simon Sinek’s talk. It seems like something you would be interested in.]]></description>
